EXPERIENCE

Mr. Mitchell has over 25 years of legal experience representing both debtors and creditors. While many of those clients are consumer debtors, a significant portion of his practice involves the representation of creditors and local ad valorem taxing authorities before the United States Bankruptcy Court.

Mr. Mitchell has practiced bankruptcy law exclusively for over 20 years and represents clients nationwide. He has helped both debtors and creditors successfully navigate their way through the bankruptcy process in both large and small matters.
